Giyani Metals Announces AGM Results

TORONTO, Nov. 18, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Giyani Metals Corp. (TSXV:EMM, GR:A2DUU8) (“Giyani” or the “Company“), developer of the K.Hill Battery-Grade Manganese Project in Botswana (“K.Hill” or “the Project”), is pleased to report that the resolutions in the management proxy circular dated October 16, 2024 (the “Circular”) were passed at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of Giyani held on November 15, 2024 (the “Meeting”).  The director nominees were reappointed to the board of directors (the “Board”) and Charles FitzRoy, President and Chief Executive Officer, was appointed to its board of directors.

The Meeting also approved the appointment of the Company’s auditors and the Company’s omnibus long-term incentive plan (the “Plan”). Details of the Plan are included in the Circular which is available under the Company’s profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.
